3. Quotation Process
Once you reach out for a quote, we’ll schedule a visit to assess your needs. We aim to provide a fair and competitive estimate. Remember, quotes are subject to change based on unforeseen circumstances (like finding out that your walls are secretly made of jelly). We’ll communicate any adjustments clearly and promptly.
4. Payment Terms
We accept various payment methods for your convenience. A deposit may be required to secure your booking, with the balance due upon completion of the project. If you’re not satisfied with the work (which we hope won’t happen), please let us know before making your final payment—we’ll do our utmost to make things right!
5. Cancellation Policy
Life happens, and we get that! If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please give us as much notice as possible. We typically require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations, so we can plan accordingly and avoid sitting around in our overalls, twiddling our thumbs.

We’ll do our best to prevent any mishaps (like spilling paint on your favourite carpet), but we can’t be held liable for any damages caused by our services unless it’s due to negligence on our part.
